Everyone!
I’m Ally B. I got married to my wonderful husband,
Chris, in April of 2010. I started this blog as a way to chronicle my wedding
preparations, and the advice and other bits of information I discover or
have passed on to me.
From
there, this blog has transformed into a full-fledged deal-finding,
money-saving blog not just related to weddings, but to everyday life.
One
of the biggest reasons I’ve started couponing and searching for deals
is that I graduated college with over $75,000 in student loan debt. My
monthly loan payments make up 3/4 of my monthly income, and I need to
pay down this debt and get on with life! Hopefully, by couponing and
learning to save money, I’ll be able to do this faster.
As
I write on this blog, please note that I don’t usually post every deal I
find in a day. I post the best deals or the ones I think will be most
helpful to my readers.
I’ve
included a blogroll of some of my favorite sites and resources. I
highly recommend compiling a list of your favorite blogs and couponing
sites, and checking them every day for new deals.

Sometimes
I think that I’m just writing this for my own benefit and that no one
is out there reading it, but I really do want this blog to be a helpful
tool for people who are looking to save money and live a frugal
lifestyle.
Keep
in mind, I’m still learning! I’m not an expert yet, and I don’t claim
to be! I will always reference another blog if I pull something from
their site.
I
have a B.A. in English, and plagiarism is definitely still on my
